Cultivating these healing communities, where people can paint with ashes, can help heal the world. Author and cultivator Michael Beck wants to help you turn your weakness into a superpower. This can happen in individual, religious, and organizational contexts.
These concepts apply in a variety of ministry, non-profit, and even for-profit setting. There is often an “elephant in the room”: a great weakness or challenge that organizations can’t see because they are blinded by an accepted mental model. When teams can become aware of these “organizational wounds” they may begin a journey of helping their organization heal and become more resilient.
As a Christian and a pastor, Michael Beck designed these tools to lean into the wisdom of the Judeo-Christian Scriptures, but knowledge of the Bible is not a pre-requisite for the tools to work. This bundle of resources includes five separate pieces, and is meant to work together. They are:
